Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.

What the F?
The time has come to turn the tables on failure. No longer shall it stifle and shame, but instead should allow us to grow and succeed.
By reducing the shame and stigma around failure, risk-taking, cutting edge ideas and new thought expanding into our community and our lives, FailureFest is here to provide a space for entrepreneurs and community members to talk openly about their failures. Together, we’re creating the opportunity to share and learn from the failures of each other and what resulted from overcoming these events.
FailureFest is a three-hour gathering where a panel of local entrepreneurs and community leaders share their stories of failure and what they have learned from those experiences. Open dialogue is encouraged throughout the event.
After the panel discussion, participants will break into groups led by table facilitators and will have three questions of their own to discuss with each other. At the end of the table discussions, answers will be shared with the group.
In this environment of openness, we are changing the stigma of failure so that it becomes a first step to achieve your next great success.
I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.

When we give ourselves permission to fail, we, at the same time, give ourselves permission to excel.
Sometimes, we’re so focused on not failing, that we don’t aim for success.
Failure is so important. We speak about success all the time. It is the ability to resist failure or use failure that often leads to greater success. I’ve met people who don’t want to try for fear of failing.
